Hale’s successful completion of Builth Wells development
Hale Construction was awarded the contract to redevelop Builth Wells Cottage Hospital.
Working in partnership with Wales and West Housing Association and Builth Wells Heritage Society, Hale Construction paid homage to the former Cottage Hospital by reflecting the Victorian architecture in the new 17 home development.
Four two bedroom flats, three bungalows, and ten houses have been built with residents moving in to their new homes earlier in the summer.
The site manager Shayne Price said, “It was a very tight site with very little site parking and room for storage of materials, after meeting with the head of Builth Primary School it was agreed that we could use some of the school car park for parking, which was a great help to Hale.”
In return for the use of the parking area, Hale presented Builth Primary School with a number of electronic devices to help with the growth and education at the school. Read More »
