The Oystermouth Road scheme provides quality housing in an unbeatable location - a product of Hale’s commitment to regenerating the local area. 

All flats have wheelchair access. 

This regeneration project presented specific challenges. The site was formerly a petrol station, which Hale dismantled and removed, cleaning the area before construction could begin. 

Local architects produced a design to enhance this special coastal location. The prow-shaped balconies celebrate local heritage and complement the wonderful ocean view.
