Hale Construction was established  in 1996 by managing director Jonathan Hale as a general builders with just one member of staff. Since then, the company has grown rapidly, which Jon puts down to hard work, a commitment to quality and management's hands on oversight of all projects.

The company now delivers major construction projects for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and the private building market. We now employ over 100 staff and work with a wide range of subcontractors in the Neath and Swansea areas.

Our sister company, Seven Oaks Joinery, is located at the same Milland Road site and designs and manufactuers innovative timber frames and roof trusses. We make use of these eco-friendly building solutions in both our Hale Homes and in our larger scale projects.

This breadth of expertise allows us to deliver all aspects of a build, from the footings and foundations all the way through to final fixings, painting and flooring.

Eight years ago, Hale opened its own plumbing division and is one of the few firms to offer local apprenticeships in plmubing and other building trades.

A testament to the company's success and high standards is the clutch of awards we have won in recent years. Hale has been recognised in the prestigious local authority 'Built in Quality Awards', which recognise exemplary standards of construction and workmanship.

As a company, we are commited to eco friendly construction methods. We source all the wood for our timber frame designs from local and renewable suppliers and recylce all waste timber. Similarly, we insist on sustainable and energy efficient design throughout our projects. See our commitment to sustainable construction for more information.

We are happy to say that our company continues to excel during these challenging times. We credit our success to our solid foundations, our wealth of experience, and our investement in innovation.
