Description
The construction of 15 houses and 4 flats designed to CODE level 5. The structure comprised of reinforced ring beam and suspended slab supporting an internal frame of SupaWall with external finishes including face brickwork, rendered blockwork and timber cladding.

The windows were constructed from UPVC and fitted with double glazed units. All external doors were of composite construction. The trussed rafter structures are covered with concrete tiles, UPVC fascias, soffits and rainwater goods have been provided.

Photo Voltaic panels have been installed to southern facing elevations and heat recovery units fitted in all properties.

Points of Interest
Internal finishes comprise of painted skimmed walls with ceramic tile splash backs to basins and kitchens, full height tiling around the bath and shower areas.

Skimmed ceilings and floors finished with a mixture of thermoplastic tile and vinyl sheet. Gas powered central heating using Alpha CD28C high efficiency condensing combination boiler. All boilers were fitted with gas savers.

External works include soft landscaping, tarmac drives, precast concrete paving slabs to paths, patios, drying areas and timber shed bases. The scheme is enclosed by a combination of timber fencing and gates together with brickwork boundary and retaining walls.
