Hale Construction was established by carpenter, Jonathan Hale, in 1996. At the time, the company consisted of just Jonathan and one other member of staff. Since then it has grown rapidly and currently employs over 130 people, all based in Neath.

It now delivers major construction projects for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and the private building market, working with a wide range of subcontractors in the Neath and Swansea area.

Jonathan puts the success down to hard work, a commitment to quality and management’s hands on oversight of all projects.

Hale Construction also has its own timberframe company, Seven Oaks, which designs and manufactures innovative timber frames and roof trusses with strong environmental credentials. This enables Hale Construction to use the highest quality materials in its work.
